  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over £50 

2. Delivery Timelines

To offer you the best innovative products at competitive prices, we ship our items directly from our international fulfillment centers.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery to your door takes 6 - 12 business days.

Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not included in business days.

3. Fully Tracked Shipping

Every single order sent by ZenVet is 100% Tracked and Insured.

  • As soon as your package is handed over to our UK courier partners (such as Royal Mail or Evri), you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly on our website at any time.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (UK Customers)

  • No Hidden Fees: Following UK regulations for international imports, all orders with a total value under £135 are entirely exempt from additional customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.

  • The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep with no surprise fees.

5. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple different products from our store, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages. This is because we dispatch items as soon as they are ready to ensure you get them as quickly as possible.
