At ZenVet, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used or damaged after delivery.


Return Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item is defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
